1. I have a new email address and I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Login page by clicking the Sign In link at the top right of the homepage.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link below the Submit button.
  3. Enter your email address or username and click Submit.
  4. You will receive a password reset URL via email.
  5. Click on the link in the email, and a form will appear asking for your new password.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Submit.
  7. Your password will be reset, and you’ll be logged in automatically.

2. How do I post an ad for my used car?

To post an ad for your car:

  1. Sign in to apnigari.pk (Sign up first if you haven’t already).
  2. Click on the Sell your Car quick link on the homepage or navigate to Used Cars > Sell your Car.
  3. Fill out the form with all required details about your car and click Submit.
  4. Your ad will be reviewed by our admin team. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your ad will appear in the search listings.

3. Why was my used car ad rejected?

Your ad may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or incorrect details provided for your car.
  • The images or comments provided violated our terms of service.
  • Our team attempted to contact you for verification but could not reach you.

4. I no longer want to sell my car. How can I close my ad?

To close your ad:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Used Cars > My Ads.
  3. Locate the ad you wish to close and click on the Close link next to it.
  4. Once closed, your ad will no longer appear in the active listings. You can reopen it anytime if you change your mind.

5. How can I reopen my expired car ad?

To reopen your expired ad:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Used Cars > My Ads.
  3. Find the expired ad and click on the Open link next to it.
  4. The ad will be submitted to our admin for approval.
  5. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your ad will appear again in the listings.

6. Will my email address be displayed when I’m selling a car?

No, your email address will remain hidden. Interested buyers will send messages through our platform, and we will forward them to you while keeping your email address private. You can report any spam to us, and we will take appropriate action.


7. How can I trust that the ads on apnigari.pk are genuine?

We take the authenticity of ads seriously. Every used car ad is reviewed by our team before it goes live. For first-time sellers, we also verify the details by contacting them directly. Only ads with verified details are published on our platform.


8. How can I search for cars within a specific budget or model year?

To search for cars under a specific budget:

  1. Go to the Used Cars tab.
  2. In the Budget dropdown, select your desired amount (e.g., ‘Up to 200,000’) and click Submit.

To search for cars from a specific model year onwards:

  1. Go to the Used Cars tab.
  2. In the Year dropdown, select your desired year and click Submit.

9. How do I search through expired ads?

To search through expired ads:

  1. Go to the Used Cars tab.
  2. Click on Advanced Search next to the search button.
  3. In the Refine panel, click the red X next to “Active” to include expired ads.
  4. To view only expired ads, click on the Expired link in the Refine panel.

10. How do I submit my ride (car or motorcycle) on apnigari.pk?

To submit your ride:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on Member Rides > Add Your Ride.
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit.
  4. Our team will review your submission, and once approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your ride will appear in the listings.

11. Can I submit a motorcycle as a ride?

Yes, you can! Simply select MotorCycle as the car make and fill in other details about the motorcycle in the provided fields when submitting your ride.


12. How do I upload an avatar for my profile?

To upload an avatar:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on Edit Profile under the Profile heading.
  3. In the Avatar section, click Browse, select your image (JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats), and upload it.

13. Why was my forum topic moved or deleted?

Your forum topic may have been moved or deleted for the following reasons:

  • It violated our terms of service (e.g., spam or explicit content).
  • It was posted in the wrong section, and the moderators moved it to the correct category.

14. How do I jump to a specific page in a lengthy forum thread?

To jump to a specific page:

  1. Scroll down to the pagination links.
  2. Click on the Page x of y label.
  3. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the page number.
  4. Enter the number and click Submit to go directly to that page.

15. How do I write a review for a car?

To write a review:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to New Cars > Reviews.
  3. Click on the Write a Review button.
  4. Fill out the form and click Submit to post your review.

16. How do I edit my profile?

To edit your profile:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on My Profile and select Edit Profile.
  3. Update the necessary details and click Save.
